This selection of content, from archived publications, continues to have relevance to the perennial debate as to what is necessary to foster an understanding of art, education and the available technologies. Signposting the issues and choices open to practitioners and theorists we elected to make this material available to visitors to this site in the hope that the themes and interests may be further pursued by likeminded individuals. Clearly, we need to value what is demonstrably ‘core’ to our subject’s contribution and strive for this particular contribution to be recognised and promoted as a vehicle for learning and cultural engagement.
